

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from dispatch for UK orders. Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same day; orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
Flat shipping rates apply at checkout: UK delivery is £9.99; international delivery is £23.70. Product prices include VAT where applicable; shipping and VAT are shown as separate lines on your order confirmation.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a dispatch notification with tracking information once it leaves our studio.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. Custom, engraved, or personalised pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at hello@beautifiedbygrace.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid returns label and instructions. Pack your item securely and drop it at any Royal Mail Post Office or ParcelShop.
We recommend using a tracked service. Items lost in transit without proof of posting cannot be refunded. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability. We will send the replacement item once we receive your return. If the replacement is of higher value, the difference will be charged; if lower, we will refund the difference.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to credit your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
