All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products subject to these terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfil your order.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays or adverse weather. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Our returns policy is set out in our Shipping & Returns page. Returns must comply with the conditions stated there. Custom or personalised items may not be returned unless faulty. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
